Palestinian Cooking Class
Learn how to cook authentic Palestinian Cuisine by master chef, Sr. Thana. Students will be preparing mansaf (a traditional Arab dish made of lamb cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt) and kunafa (a dessert made with cheese pastry soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup). Both dishes are true favorites in the Arab world, and participants are guaranteed an amazing culinary experience! Space is limited. Sisters only please.
