Re-Enrollment of Current Northstar Students

The re-enrollment period for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year is January 15 – January 30. Families with continuing students entering Pre-K through eighth grades are required to complete the Re-Enrollment Form below by the January 30th deadline, which will hold your child’s spot for the 2026-2027 year.

RE-ENROLLMENT FEE: $375 per student

Amount includes payment for book and materials fee ($200) and the activities fee ($175) for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Payment will automatically be deducted from FACTS, our tuition management system, on February 16, 2026.
The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.

RE-ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: January 30, 2026

We are currently receiving and processing applications for new students for the upcoming school year. We will begin offers of admissions to new students after this deadline. If you have not made your re-enrollment commitment by January 30th, your child stands to lose his or her spot in the class.

Complete the re-enrollment form below along with the financial agreement form by 5:00 pm on January 30th, 2026 to reserve your child’s spot for next year.* An additional $100 late fee will be applied to the re-enrollment fee after the January 30 deadline.

New students and siblings looking to join Northstar in 2026-2027, even from current Northstar families, must complete a new Application for Admissions.

Financial Agreement

This agreement covers the financial terms of your family's enrollment at Northstar for the 2026-2027 year. Please review these terms carefully and sign below.

FINANCIAL TERMS*

By checking the following boxes below, you are understanding and agreeing to the following items:

1. TUITION RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for payment of the full annual tuition amount* indicated below:
- K-8 TUITION: $11,000 for the year
- PRE-K TUITION: $13,350 for the year
*Multi-Student Family Discount: 9% for 2 students, 12% for 3 students, 15% for 4 students

2. PAYMENT PLANS & PROCESSING: You will be enrolled in Northstar’s online tuition management system, FACTS, where you will select a payment method and plan option. Monthly payments will be charged on the first business day of each month (Aug. – May.). The first tuition payment will thus be processed on August 3, 2026. All tuition payments are non-refundable.

3. FULL-YEAR COMMITMENT: Your student is committing to enrollment for the entire academic year and the related full-year of tuition responsibility. Your enrollment spot, Northstar’s budget, and the school’s resource allocation is dependent upon that full-year commitment. A grace period for withdrawal without full-year liability is given until December 1st, 2026.

4. WITHDRAWAL: Student withdrawals require a parent 30-day notice for tuition payment cancellation. In the case of student withdrawal or dismissal after December 1st, you are still liable to pay for the full remaining year’s tuition.

5. FEES: Your enrollment deposit of $375 per student to hold your child's spot will be processed via FACTS on February 16, 2026. This fee is non-refundable and will be allocated toward each child's book and materials fee ($200) and activities fee ($175) for the 2026-2027 academic year.

6. DELINQUENT TUITION: Failure to pay amounts due in a timely fashion according to the tuition schedule may result in your child's enrollment being put on probation, suspended, or even terminated.

7. RETURNED PAYMENTS: Returned payments will be subject to administrative processing fees.

8. FINANCIAL AID: Northstar’s financial aid is available to assist families in fulfilling their financial obligations toward the school. Aid is offered only after applications are approved, and is subject to the aid program’s conditions. If your financial aid is denied or revoked you are still responsible for payment of the full tuition.
