Egyptian Cooking Class
Learn how to cook authentic Egyptian Cuisine by master chefs, Sr. Samia Rabie and her daughter, Heba Farag. Students will be preparing khoshari (rice, lentils and macaroni with a spicy tomato chile sauce), Dawoud Pasha Kofta (meatballs), and petit fours for dessert. Koshari, the national dish of Egypt, and can be found in just about every Egyptian home and is sold on ever street corner in Cairo. Sr. Samia Rabie, mother of Heba Farag, has a true passion for cooking and Egyptian cuisine, so participants are guaranteed an amazing culinary experience! Space is limited. Sisters only please.
