Financial Agreement & parents' rights form 2021-2022

To confirm your enrollment for 2021-2022 and secure the spot offered to you by our admissions team, you will need to:

1. Read the 2021-2022 Pre-K Parent Handbook. Please expect additional modifications to the handbook, which shall include procedures around Covid safety. An updated handbook will be made available to all parents in September 2021.
2. Complete the Financial Agreement below.
3. Upon completing the Financial Agreement, you will be directed to the forms: Childcare Center Notification of Parents’ Rights and the Personal Rights of Childcare Centers. Kindly complete the forms and sign both pages.  Email the document to admissions@northstarschool.org.

Your enrollment deposit, which shall serve to cover the book and material fees, should have be paid prior to filling this Financial Agreement form.

The first month’s tuition payment will be processed on August 1, 2021 through FACTS, our tuition payment processing system, which all students must be enrolled into.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
