1. TUITION RESPONSIBILITY : You are responsible for payment of the full annual tuition amount indicated below: • K-8 TUITION: 1 child=$8,555 | 2 children=$15,550 | 3 children=$22,250 | 4 children=$28,900 • PRE-K TUITION: Each child=$10,400(Amounts do not include reductions from scholarships or financial aid.)
2. PAYMENT PLANS & PROCESSING : You will be enrolled in Northstar’s online tuition management system, FACTS, where you will select a payment method and plan option. Monthly payments are automatically charged 30 days in advance of the related enrollment months (Sep. – Jun.). The first month’s payment will thus be processed on August 1st, 2023 . Tuition payments are non-refundable .
3. FULL-YEAR COMMITMENT : Your student is committing to enrollment for the entire academic year and the related full-year of tuition responsibility. Your enrollment spot, Northstar’s budget, and the school’s resource allocation is dependent upon that full-year commitment. If, due to mid-year withdrawal or dismissal, your student does not complete the full academic year, you are still liable to pay for the full remaining year’s tuition. A grace period for withdrawal without full-year liability is given until December 1st, 2023.
4. FEES : Your enrollment deposit of $350 per student to hold your child's spot must have been processed via FACTS by February 15, 2023. This fee is non-refundable and will be allocated toward each child's book and materials fee ($200) and activities fee ($150) for the 2023-2024 academic year.
5. DELINQUENT TUITION : Failure to pay amounts due in a timely fashion according to the tuition schedule may result in your child's enrollment being put on probation, suspended, or even terminated.
6. RETURNED PAYMENTS : Returned payments will be subject to administrative processing fees.
7. FINANCIAL AID : Northstar’s financial aid is available to assist families in fulfilling their financial obligations toward the school. Aid is offered only after applications are approved, and is subject to the aid program’s conditions. If your financial aid is denied or revoked you are still responsible for payment of the full tuition.
